Job description, responsibilities and duties
Maintain an organized database of journalists
Coordinate the distribution of invitations to journalists
Provide support with logistical arrangements for journalists
Preparing media folders
Managing registration system
Ad-hoc Tasks - Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the Communications & Media team.

Candidates with education suit the position
University student
University education (Bachelor\'s degree)
University education (Master\'s degree)
Educational Specialization
Marketing and Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphics, International Relations, European studies, Public affairs or other Social Science
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1)
Other knowledge
Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
Personality requirements and skills
